About this policy

This policy explains data handling when you visit musdd-ai.com or use Musdd Follow. Musdd Follow supports invoice, subscription, rental and installment follow-up. It is separate from Musdd’s legal collection services.

Your organization determines which customer data it adds to its workspace, why it uses that data and who can access it. We process this data to provide platform functions according to the organization’s settings and authorized instructions.

Data we handle

This includes account and organization details, contact information and permissions, and customer data you enter or import, such as names, telephone numbers, email addresses and external references. It may include invoices, amounts, due dates, subscriptions, rentals, installments, payment records and follow-up history.

We also retain operational, security and audit records associated with service use, such as actions, timestamps, user identifiers and request identifiers. Available communication data depends on the channels and integrations actually enabled.

How we use data

We use data to manage accounts and workspaces, organize receivables, display records, carry out authorized imports, synchronization and follow-up, provide support, resolve errors and protect the service. Communication remains subject to permissions, policies and required approvals. Importing a customer does not establish consent to messages or calls.

Google Sheets access

Connecting Google is optional. We request the drive.file permission for files you choose to share with the app, rather than general access to all Google Drive files. We read the selected file details, worksheet and columns needed for the import or synchronization you configure. This integration does not edit your original file.

One-time imports use temporary authorization and do not retain a refresh token for ongoing access. You review and confirm an import before records are created. For continuous synchronization, the server stores encrypted authorization credentials needed to renew access and read updates according to the connection settings.

Google data is used for the import, synchronization and follow-up functions you request. Google data is not sold, used for targeted advertising or used to train general-purpose AI models. Use and transfer of this data comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Sharing and integrations

Authorized members of your organization can access data according to their permissions. Hosting, storage, payment and communication providers may process the data necessary to deliver an enabled function. Data may also be disclosed to meet legal obligations. Processing depends on the services you use and your organization’s settings.

When a communication or AI feature is enabled, the data necessary for that function is sent to its provider under the applicable settings and controls. AI outputs are recommendations for review and do not override required approvals. Third-party services also have their own policies and terms.

Security and retention

The platform uses user permissions and organization workspace separation, and stores continuous-sync authorization credentials encrypted on the server. No technical measure guarantees absolute security.

Retention varies with the data type, ongoing service needs, legal and contractual obligations, and security and audit requirements. Pausing synchronization or disconnecting Google does not by itself delete previously imported records. Some data may remain in backups or necessary logs until the legitimate retention need ends.

Your choices and requests

You can pause synchronization or disconnect through Google Sheets settings in your workspace. Disconnection stops subsequent synchronization and removes the connection’s ongoing authorization credentials, but does not automatically revoke every app permission in your Google Account. You can revoke the app’s permission through your Google Account’s third-party connections page.

To request access, correction or deletion, contact your organization’s administrator or our support team. We verify the requester’s identity and authority and handle requests under applicable requirements and obligations. Do not send passwords, access keys or sensitive customer data in your initial support message.

Google Account

Cookies and browser preferences

The service uses cookies for sessions and authentication, and local storage for language and appearance preferences. Google’s embedded picker may request permission for Google cookies or storage. You can accept or decline; declining may prevent the picker from displaying your files. Excel or CSV import is an alternative to connecting Google.

Policy updates and contact

We publish updates on this page with the revision date. If Google data will be used for a new purpose, we explain the change and obtain required consent before that use. For questions about this policy or requests concerning your data, use the contact option below.
