Service scope

These terms govern use of Musdd Follow at musdd-ai.com. The platform provides tools for invoice, receivable, subscription, rental and installment follow-up, according to the features, plan and integrations enabled for your account. By using the service, you confirm that you are authorized to act for your organization and comply with these terms and its service agreement, if any.

Musdd Follow is not a legal debt-collection service. It does not file lawsuits, issue enforcement decisions or guarantee payment or recovery. Other Musdd services are separate and subject to their own agreements.

Accounts and team access

You are responsible for accurate account details, protecting sign-in credentials and assigning appropriate users and permissions. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. Use only authorized accounts and permissions; do not attempt to access another organization’s data.

Data and consent responsibilities

Your organization is responsible for the lawful collection, use and sharing of customer data and for accurate amounts, dates and receivable references. Check imported data and column mappings before confirmation, and review continuous-sync results after activation.

Adding or importing a telephone number or email address does not establish communication consent. Your organization must obtain the necessary permissions and lawful basis, respect customer preferences and contact hours, and follow applicable requirements.

Automation and AI

Review rules, schedules, channels and content before enabling automation. Sensitive actions remain subject to permissions, policy checks and human approval where required. AI recommendations are not binding decisions or legal or financial advice.

Messaging, calling and AI features depend on integration readiness, activation and authorization. These terms do not permit bypassing any approval, restriction or communication policy.

Google Sheets and third-party services

Google connection is optional and limited to files you share with the app. For one-time imports, review data before confirming. For continuous synchronization, you authorize reading the source and processing updates under your connection settings until you pause or disconnect. Deleting a source row does not necessarily delete the corresponding platform record.

Google, payment and communication services are subject to their providers’ terms, availability and technical limits. An integration may stop or require authorization again. Disconnecting does not automatically delete previously imported data. The Privacy Policy explains data and authorization handling.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and within your authority. Spam, misleading messages, impersonation, unauthorized data uploads, service disruption, bypassing limits and unauthorized access are prohibited. Do not use the platform for threats, harassment or claims of judicial authority you do not have.

Subscriptions and payments

Prices, limits, subscription periods, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are those presented at purchase or stated in your organization’s agreement. Review them before paying and contact support with billing questions. This page does not create an additional pricing offer or refund guarantee.

Receivable records or payment links do not guarantee receipt of funds. Review transaction status and records before making financial decisions or reconciling balances.

Availability and stopping use

Maintenance, outages or third-party services may affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of every automated result. Review important results and retain the records needed for your business.

You can stop integrations and contact support about account closure or ending a subscription. Use may be restricted for security risks, misuse or legal requirements. Closure or suspension does not by itself erase records that must be retained.

Rights and updates

Rights to organization data and content remain with their owners. Our use is limited to delivering the service and the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Rights to the platform, its branding and components remain with their respective owners.

We publish changes with the update date. These terms do not remove rights under applicable law or express obligations in your organization’s agreement. Contact the team below with questions or concerns about an action.
